“ Dinner at Roaring Fork in Scottsdale, a short drive from Phoenix, hit all the right notes—bold cowboy country flavours with a refined twist. Think open-flame cooking, local ingredients, and a splash of Mexican flair. We warmed up with their Green Chili Pork Stew—tender pork in a spicy green chili broth, gooey pepperjack, and soft, buttered flour tortillas. Total comfort on a chilly night. Steak lovers, don’t sleep on the 16oz New York Strip. Wood-fired and hand-cut, it’s charred, smoky, juicy, and everything you want in a proper Southwestern steak. The Ahi Tuna was a nice surprise—seared just right and super fresh. As for the Rotisserie Chicken, it was juicy and flavorful, though we did wish it was kampong chicken—but hey, that’s just us nitpicking. The space? Rustic cowboy charm meets cozy elegance. Soft lights, warm service, and good vibes all around. ”
“ The atmosphere here is perfect. It’s not as loud as most of the other restaurants around town. I ordered the Seabass. It was amazing! Then I ordered cheesecake for dessert. This was not good. With the exception of the cheesecake, this restaurant was fantastic. I would definitely die in here again. ”
“ From the moment we walked in the door unbeknownst to us, Lena laid in wait to ensure our dining experience was top tier. We visited for a birthday dinner. Once we were seated, Kaylee our server immediately greeted us with glasses of ice water. Our party had tons of questions about the menu in which she answered with an ease and confidence that you would think they were her recipes. The birthday boy who had been engaged with Lena was in awe when complimentary food items began arriving at our table. We enjoyed, truffle fries a delicious wood plank salmon and a delectable pork chop. The only non issue I had was although delicious, my Manhattan had a tad bit too much ice. That definitely did not dampen a superb dinning experience. If ever back in Scottsdale, I will for sure visit Roaring Fork again. ”
“ Great food! Every dish is delicious and fresh. Attached duck and ahi tuna ”
“ This place was amazing. The atmosphere was great and I must admit the food was great. We stopped at this restaurant as it was close to the hotel and convenient. The service was next level and our waitress really cater to our needs. All the food came out hot and tasty. I truly recommend this place. ”
“ This was probably the nicest most energetic server I’ve ever had. The food was very good. The steak was phenomenal and the creme brulee was quite scrumptious. The amount of flavor in the Mac and cheese was amazing and the street corn was unbelievably delicious. ”
“ Went for the happy hour “big ass” burger and it did not disappoint! Great value. Everything was perfect. I’m sure this place is great anytime but I highly recommend checking them out from 4-6p...get there a bit early, there is a line. ”
“ The dishes here were excellent. We started with the wings which had an incredible flavor between the dry rub and the smoke. Perfectly cooked, and I cannot recommend these enough! I also ordered a steak which was beautifully prepared, and a creme brulee (though this was slightly under-prepared, but still very good) Roaring Fork feels like a very warm, welcoming lodge. And a great part of that is how inviting and helpful the staff here is. Celeste was a great joy to have waiting our table! She was incredibly attentive, made great recommendations, and was great at making our visit as fun as possible! ”
